Return and Refund Policy and Procedure
The provision of goods and services by Stitch and Go is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Stitch and Go will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of paid orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
If you received the product less than 7 days ago, if it is unopened, sealed and in good condition, then we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange it for an alternate product. Return courier cost will be at your own cost and we cannot refund your original delivery fee.
To return a product, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please seal the box and clearly address to us (delivery details below). Unfortunately, we cannot refund any products which are lost during return shipping due to insufficient labelling or an incorrect address.

Once we receive the parcel we will contact you to arrange a refund.
An open product can unfortunately not be returned unless it was damaged or defected when you received it.
If you received a damaged or defective product please send us an email to email@example.com within 7 days from receiving the product, we will arrange for the product to be collected from the delivery address. Once we receive your product back, it will be tested and it will either be exchanged or a refund will be given for the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received and tested the damaged product.
Incorrect Product Received
If you received an incorrect product, our sincere apologies. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receiving the product we will arrange for the product to be collected from the delivery address. Once the product has been returned to us we will send you the correct product.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange before we have received the incorrect product.
